Located in the vibrant city of Sofia, Bulgaria, ARTSA stands as a testament to the unity and shared vision of upholding the highest levels of safety and professionalism within the aviation industry.
ARTSA is guided by the leadership of the Chair of Independent Oversight Mr Murray Pine, a seasoned expert with extensive experience in aviation and regulatory training. With a career spanning over four decades years, Murray Pine has been instrumental in shaping industry standards and promoting excellence in compliance with EASA regulations.
• Over 45 years of dedicated experience in Aircraft Maintenance Management, Safety Management Systems, Quality Assurance, Auditing, Quality Control, Continuing Airworthiness Management, Training Delivery in accordance with EASA, FAA and HKCAD requirements with several International airlines.
• Trainer, Mentor and Investigator in SMS, Flight Safety Maintenance/Accident Investigation Flight Simulation Training schools – IATA External Trainer/IOSA Auditor trained.
• MRO Oversight, Maintenance Consultancy/Projects, Aircraft & Records Inspector, Accident/Incident Investigation iaw Annex 13.
Under his stewardship, ARTSA continues to unite training organizations and professionals in a shared mission to enhance safety, professionalism, and regulatory alignment within the aviation sector.
